Release Note: New Manual Edition and Invoice Tagging Features Now Available!

We are excited to announce the rollout of two powerful features aimed at enhancing your control and organization when working with parsed invoices. With the Manual Edition and Invoice Tags options, managing and reviewing your documents has never been easier!

1. Manual Edition of Invoice Parses

Our new Manual Edition feature gives you the ability to review, validate, and modify the data parsed from your invoices directly within the platform. We understand that AI-driven parsing, while accurate, may sometimes require adjustments, especially with complex or less structured invoices.

How it works:

• After uploading an invoice and viewing the parsed data, you can now manually edit fields that may need adjustments.
• Simply open the invoice result and click on the Validate and Correct button.
• You will be able to modify the relevant fields, ensuring the data aligns with your requirements.
• Once you've completed your modifications, click Submit Corrections to save your changes.

This feature provides an additional layer of control and customization, ensuring you have perfectly parsed and validated data for all your business needs.

2. Invoice Tags for Enhanced Organization

Introducing the new Invoice Tags feature! You can now categorize and label invoices using custom tags. This is especially useful for keeping track of invoice purposes, project associations, or any other business-specific criteria.

How it works:

• You can create tags for invoices directly on the result page by entering your desired tags and clicking Save Tags.
• Tags can be individual words separated by spaces, and once created, they will automatically attach to the invoice for future reference.
• Each tag is customizable by the user, and existing tags can be viewed, edited, or removed, providing complete flexibility.
• You can even filter invoices based on tags, making it easier to manage specific document groups.

By utilizing tags, you can improve your workflow by grouping invoices by project, category, or any criteria that matter to you.
